For many years, the Tickgripper has proven to be a reliable tool for the removal of ticks. With its flexible gripper head it prevents an uncontrolled squeezing of the tick and thereby helps to minimize the risk of infection.
Usually the removal of large ticks is not a problem. That is not the case for small ticks. For their removal, it is very important to position the tick exactly in the center of the gripper jaws. The open gripper head allows a direct insight into the "surgical field" and thus an exact grasping of the tick.
